Booking / Payment terms
// Your Wedding flower quotation is valid for 60 days only.
// Upon proposal review of either online or bespoke consultation, revisions can be made until you are pleased with the design concept. Should the overall direction of your floral design change we are happy to provide one complimentary re-design quote. Each additional redesign will be charged a $75 design fee. A re-design is defined as a change in the overall color scheme, and/or the overall design direction of floral pieces.
// Your wedding should be booked at least 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. This gives us time to pre-order your flowers & reserve your special day in our calendar.
// A booking is confirmed upon payment of the non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost, together with receipt of your signed agreement.
// Payment can be made by cash, credit card or direct deposit.
// The balance is payable no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date.
// All final changes or cancellations must be made no later than 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Hired stock
// Hire stock must be returned to our store no later than 3 days after the wedding (if not arranged to be collected by our staff). Safe, unbroken and full return of all hired stock is the responsibility of the client.
// Lost, broken or damaged stock on hire from White House Flowers must be paid for by client. Please advise your guests that all hired items (eg vases & votives) must not be removed from venue.
Security deposit for hired stock
// Credit card details must be supplied as a holding deposit for all items on hire. White House Flowers reserves the right to charge the hiree any replacement costs for items damaged, lost or broken. Credit card details will need to be provided if hiring stock from White House Flowers.
Delivery & collection
// Surcharge applies if venue’s policy states that hired stock must be collected at the completion of the wedding or outside normal store trading hours. Please note if this changes closer to your event this will be added to your invoice.
// Preparation, delivery & collection on a public holiday will attract a surcharge.
Product substitution & availability
// Please note all flowers and products are subject to seasonal quality and availability and
If not available at the time of your wedding we will use our creative input to find the finest blooms that fit your theme & style.
// Containers and vases may change due to supplier issues, White House Flowers will substitute the selected product with items of greater or equal value.
